Refund policy
For any reason, the customer may return the order, either in full or in part. Items may be returned for a size/color exchange or for a refund within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged, and with the return tag still attached.
Customers wishing to request a return must submit their request through the dedicated return portal by following the procedure outlined below.

Once the page has been opened, the customer must log in to their account by entering the email address used for the order and clicking “Continue”.
The customer will then receive an email from the store containing a six-digit verification code. After copying the code received, the customer must return to the online store and enter it in the appropriate field in order to complete the login process.
Once logged in, the customer will be able to select the order for which they wish to request a return by clicking “Request return”.
If the order contains more than one item, the customer must select the products they wish to return, indicate the reason for the return, and, if desired, add a note for the store, then click “Request return” again to submit the request.
If the return request is approved and the items need to be shipped back, the customer will receive an email containing the return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms.
Customers are kindly requested to place the invoice relating to the received goods inside the return parcel.
Customers may choose between the following compensation options:
SIZE AND/OR COLOR EXCHANGE
Items may be exchanged for the same model in a different size and/or color, subject to availability. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. The newly requested item may be returned by following the same procedure.
REFUND
If the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund will be issued on the same day the parcel is received and only after the returned items have passed quality control inspection.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will appear on the customer’s next card statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card issuer; however, they generally take approximately 20 business days.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase, namely Euro. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Items may only be returned for the following reasons: refund, size exchange and/or color exchange.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged, and with the return tag still attached.
- Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and other accessories (such as dust bags, garment covers, etc.) received with the parcel. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as external shipping boxes.
- In the event of defective or incorrect merchandise due to an error made by SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM, customers are kindly requested to follow the instructions above. Customers are also asked to provide photographic evidence of the defect or error. In such cases, shipping costs and any customs duties will be borne by SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM.
- Returns must be shipped in the original packaging box used by SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM and must include a copy of the invoice.
- Return shipping costs for purchased items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns authorized by SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM must be shipped from the same country to which the original order was delivered.
- Customers purchasing on behalf of a company or requesting an invoice with a VAT number are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or that are not sent in accordance with the return policy. In such cases, SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM may return the parcel to the sender at the original shipping address. In the event that an unauthorized or non-compliant return is accepted, SPACESIMONACORSELLINI.COM may withhold 10% of the value of the returned goods from the refund due.
